before you call me crazy read what i have to say.
they formed a central bank because under the gold standard there were limits to bank credit inflation.
the central bank is a monopoly bank that allows all banks to inflate so they all benefit without bankrupting each other. under the gold standard banks bankrupted each other when they called for gold redemption.
it also lets them create money out of thin air since money is now a paper or a digit into a computer
however under the current system of competing currencies there are limits to monetary inflation
if one country inflates too much that will show in the exchange rate and the central bank is forced to tighten monetary inflation
they imploded the economy so they could form a one world currency. This is one less restriction upon monetary inflation.
They like this stem because under this kind of a system inevitably they get richer.
they print dollars and get something for nothing, We give them wealth whilst getting debased paper money.
this causes wealth to be concentrated in their favor

The bank considered taking prosciutto ham, another of the region’s specialties, and olive oil as collateral, but such products are harder to store and brand, Bizzarri said.
