What’s the plan for everything coming to a screeching halt? What happens to the global market when we “end the fed”, and go back to the gold standard? What is China going to think about all of those IOUs that we apparently won’t OU after the system is scrapped? Do we really just immediately end the wars, regardless of what additional bad blood invading and then leaving in ruins would cause? Do any of you really think it’s a good idea, with the 300 or so million people in this country, to allow everyone to have guns? I would probably stop going outside. Can we entrust all parents to do their children due diligence by providing home schooling after we take out the Public School System?

These are things I’ve wondered for a while now, among others. I’ve always heard about what they would do, I just don’t know how we’d go from here to there without a bit of a mess. Who says what?

This is the problem Jeff, you just want to argue what systems are better in your opinion, then you tell me Paul will never win anyway, then I get rhetoric about not ending the debt and a dig at my intelligence. Why can’t you calmly explain a reasoned answer to my questions?

I also forgot Jeff, I don’t think Ron Paul is racist, I admire the guy for saying truthful things against the status quo. I just don’t align with the majority of his political beliefs.

Doesn’t putting a financial premium on education make it inevitable that there will be a divide among classes? Fair or not, would it not be a detriment to society?

My thing about no gun laws is like I said above, why would it be logical to allow anyone who wants a gun to get a gun? Do you really have that much faith in the population? Where do people that don’t handle their anger well fit into that category? It is honestly a scary prospect in my eyes.

I’ll give you the one about the troops. One of the thing Ron Paul and I agree with.

But with the gold standard, I think it is a good idea on paper, I just see sooo many problems arising from it.
