That caused the value of the dollar to plunge and as a result, the OPEC nations tripled the price of oil so they could make the same amount of profit. That put us in a massive deep recession that lasted most of the 70’s and was blamed on carter. Fact: it was so bad that nixon had to use socialist “wage and price freezes.” This was while he was not taking bribes, planning burglaries or plotting to bomb the liberal brookings institution.

Reagan/Bush quadrupled the debt in 12 years from 900 billion to 4 trillion and forever put this country in debt that has been snowballing ever since. And most of the nuclear bombs and toys he bought became obsolete and were sold for scrap metal for pennies on the dollar.

The republican congress from 1994-2006 added trillions and trillions to the debt and let wall street run a massive gambling scam operation that destroyed the usa.
Why do republicans always destroy the economy and then blame it on the next democrat president?
